What you send us
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number, subject and message you entered. Nothing else is taken from the form, and the phone number and subject are optional.
Enquiries are stored in this website’s own administration system, on our server, and are used to answer you and to follow up on the work discussed. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone outside BK Services except where we need a supplier to fulfil what you asked for.
You can ask us to send you a copy of an enquiry you submitted, correct it, or delete it. Write to the address at the end of this page and we will action it.

What we measure
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive at the site. It is switched off until you accept it: when you first visit, analytics storage is denied, and nothing is stored in your browser and no measurement is sent unless you choose Accept.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit and to group page views into a session. Your IP address is anonymised. We do not use analytics for advertising, and advertising and personalisation signals are switched off.
You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Declining is remembered, so you will not be asked again on this device.
The only other cookie this site sets is the session cookie used by BK Services staff to sign in to the administration area. It is not set for visitors.
